Job Description: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables Requirements/Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, Masters Preferred. Minimum of 4-5 years experience in programming. Proficient programming in C/C for embedded targets. Experience programming in Python a plus. Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and kernel development. Knowledge of constraints related to embedded programming and RTOS applications Experience with HDL programming for FPGA/PLD target hardware (Verilog/VHDL). Familiar with RISC-V architecture. Hands on experience with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB. Understanding of RTOS and bare-metal concepts. Hardware Software interaction, optimizing for specific hardware constraints. Experience with code management and software project management tools such as: Git, Jira, Jenkins and other related. Ability to use standard lab equipment (logic analyzer, oscilloscope, multi-meter, function generator, etc.) Knowledge of analog and digital circuit verification and test. Basic knowledge of hardware components, including circuit design using passive and active components. PCB design experience is a plus.
