Microbe Formulas is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist Near Meridian, ID

CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

One of the most important functions in any organization is that of telling the story. As a Customer Support Specialist with Microbe Formulas, you'll engage in helping individuals and practitioners understand who we are, what we can do for their health and that of their clients, and help direct them to real solutions to their wellness challenges.

Your answers, empathy, support, and knowledge will be key in changing the wellness trajectory for so many as they leverage our products in their individual and practitioner efforts.

The successful Customer Support Specialist will dedicate their time to understanding our products, the science behind them, and our audience in a concerted effort to provide the best support as they leverage our products in their wellness efforts. This role can be both practitioner- and customer-facing. This could be the perfect starting point for individuals pursuing careers in functional medicine, wellness, and health. It is the ideal opportunity for the individual who values culture, team, and being a part of something much bigger than one's self.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE)

The successful Product Specialist will:

This hourly position is full-time and based in Meridian, ID. Remote work is unavailable with this position. We are committed to providing meaningful employment, a vibrant corporate culture, and a living wage for our team. This compensation for this position starts at $18/hour with room to grow, progress, and new opportunities coming.
