Description
* Work on projects throughout the city
* Responsible for supporting the team
* Be a part of RFI and submittal process
* Work alongside PM and SPM
* Manage construction equipment
* Project estimating
* Survey and project layout
* Establish communication with subcontractors
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree
* 1 years of experience at a General Contractor/ Subcontractor PREFERRED
* Commercial or multifamily experience PREFERRED
* Experience with estimating PREFERRED
* Strong interpersonal communication
* Works well in group setting
