Job Summary

We are searching for a Director of Marketing, who has the creativity and vision to implement a marketing strategy in alignment with our strategic plan. In addition, this person will have to roll up their sleeves and be a doer. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a Construction/Engineering/Architecture company. Position Responsibilities
The duties below are not all encompassing:
  • Create marketing plans and/ or campaigns for each calendar year for strategic client partnerships and market segments for supervisor and Advisor Board Approval. Upon approval, implement plans.
  • Play an active role in the development and establishment of the marketing initiatives and company brand
  • Oversees and ensures workload assigned by internal and external clients is completed with high level of quality
  • Manage and coordinate with the Art Director and other creative staff, specific to business development
  • Work collaboratively with internal clients and intercompany departments to align branding and marketing activities to support Meyer Najem’s mission, vision and goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth strategies and make sound recommendations to leadership and business development team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the construction industry and its changing market dynamics..
  • Design, review, and track yearly marketing budget and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Hands on involvement/management of creative campaigns, public relations, digital marketing campaigns, graphic design and supporting material, as required
Minimum Qualifications
  • A degree in degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field
  • At least 8 years of Marketing experience in a corporate setting
  • Marketing experience in the Construction/Engineering/Architecture Industry strongly preferred
  • Excellent leadership/managerial and mentoring/teaching skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills, able to work without close supervision and in a team environment with tight deadlines
  • Proven writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Must be proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
