MetTel is Hiring a Business Intelligence Developer Near New York, NY
- Design, build, launch and maintain reliable business intelligence solutions that provide insights across organization and cross-functional global teams
- Providing reports and dashboards through SSRS, Tableau, Power BI applications to improve business processes
- Intelligently design data visualizations that focus on usability and ease of interpretation
- Analyzing business requirements, processes and recommending solutions to the stakeholders
- Develop data integration and ETL solution and writing complex SQL script to prepare for data source and dynamic reports to further enhance the data insights for stakeholders
- Automate analyses and authoring pipelines using SQL, SSIS, Python, snowflake based ETL framework
- Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
- Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Economics or related field
- Experience working in business intelligence, insights and analytics, extract, data load, and transformation
- Hands-on experience development, such as SQL, BI solutions Tableau Server, Microsoft SSRS, snowflake, Python, SSIS, or other tool set, and be able to communicate efficiently with end users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passionately drive constant improvement upon existing best practices and processes
- Curious, self-driven, agile, willing to learn new tools and technologies, willing to embrace changes
- Ability to Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance the business through cross-group collaboration
