Overview:
Our groundbreaking hospice and palliative care programs offer a significant difference when dealing with a life-limiting condition. We offer a broad range of services in the community or facility-based to help patients and their families ease the burden of managing a life-limiting illness or end of life care.
Responsibilities:
Maintains the patient visit schedule and performs filing of medical records, general clerical, and phone reception duties. Retrieves, sorts and distributes departmental mail.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired. Minimum one year experience in a health care setting and prior clerical experience preferred. Knowledge of Word and Excel.
