Job Description

Our team is seeking an Operations Analyst in Aurora, CO who will provide operational and technical support to National & Navy missions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have detailed knowledge of National Overhead systems and their application to support DoD missions, the ability to work across intelligence disciplines to provide real-time support to operations and experimentation, apply technical expertise to complex analytical problems, and work as part of a team or independently. Candidates must also possess a demonstrated ability to operate shifting priorities, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and deliver under pressure.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Perform intelligence analysis in support of ISR mission. Provide multi-discipline, correlated and fused ISR products, information and general purpose support in response to multiple echelons of command-validated requirements.
• Refine and codify Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) to support sensor to shooter operations for multiple AORs.
• Familiar with fleet battle rhythm and military exercise planning is required to meet the increasing demand of unique services.
• Ability to support the system engineering, development, testing, evaluation, and integration of new technical capabilities required to boost the technical capability and capacity for higher demanding mission sets.
• Perform intelligence problem set, trend, network, and pattern analyses in varying degrees.
• Conduct multi-discipline ISR collection management and PED activities using current IC and DoD component standard collection management tools and applications.
• Frequently interact with theater operations and intelligence elements, collection managers and production elements, and end users regarding specific taskings.
• Adhere to prescribed multi-discipline ISR TTPs and supervisor direction. Use analytical techniques, web-enabled capabilities, databases, and applications to provide multi-ISR discipline products and PED support within prescribed timelines.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Intelligence experience, or specialized training
• Subject Matter Expertise in National Systems application to foreign / maritime C4ISR, target ID and data acquisition
• Experience in prioritizing targets and application of Signals Intelligence in support of Navy / other Service missions
• Active TS-SCI clearance 
• U.S. citizenship: candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Desired Qualifications

• At least 4 years DoD Intelligence Community experience
• Familiarity with Fade/MIST, NTIPS, GALE, CBET, and other analytical tools
