This is an exempt, management position responsible for financial reports, inventory control, supervising payroll and accounts payable, devise strategies to improve processes and performance. This role partners directly with the Director of Finance, and may present financial reports to the Board of Directors or management team. This position represents a unique opportunity to provide accounting and controls expertise on day-to-day operations, financial accounting/reporting, key business initiatives, and special projects within the Company. The position offers multiple opportunities to showcase analytical expertise and leadership skills, as well as identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:Education: Education as needed to obtain CPA license.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting management, including 2 years in a healthcare environment
Technical Skills: Maintain confidentiality, adapt to change, skill in budgeting, preparing financial reports, identifying and resolving accounting problems, knowledge of financial accounting, analysis, governmental regulations, reimbursement procedures, cost allocation.
Management Skills: Demonstrates business acumen and translates business objectives into actionable plans and results.
Personal Qualities: Possesses confidence and skills to deal directly with senior management. Energetic, respects confidentiality, proactive and able to work independently. Willing to assist others with providing accounting, financial, and other data in order to move the business forward.
Technology Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, EMR’s, Outlook. Competent in software that performs mathematical computations in order to calculate income statement, balance sheet, and other financial ratios/metrics.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; able to effectively resolve conflict situations, able to work collaboratively with physicians, directors, managers and staff.
