Metrie is hiring for a Warehouse Associate – Order Puller in Baltimore, MD!

Metrie remains open as an essential business in Baltimore, MD, to serve our communities as a supplier of home improvement and construction products, and we are looking for motivated individuals like YOU to join our team.

• Day shift – Thursday to Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Night Shift Hourly Rate: Starting rate of $19.44

As our Order Puller, you will have the opportunity to:

• Pick, pack, and ship a variety of building materials, including mouldings and doors
• Read and understand pick lists and paper work
• Lift, push, and pull material bundles that weigh between 49-69 lbs.
• Ensure accurate tallies and order quantities
• Operate various types of machinery as required, including an electric tugger and trailer
• Clean and tidy the work area as required
• Ensure all work is performed safely and timely
• Product binning and put-away as needed

Who You Are

• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50lbs
• Experience in warehouse environment
• Solid work ethic and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
