What You'll Do

The ITSupportAnalyst is anITgeneralistwhose primary role is tocoordinateanddeliver responsive, stable,secure,andcost-effectiveITsupportservicestotheMetriebusiness.

Key Relationships: The IT Support Analyst reports to the Support Manager, IT Operations. You will be key member of a high- performance IT Operations team including other Business Analysts and the IT Infrastructure team. Additionally, you will be responsibleforworkingeffectivelywithITvendorswhoprovideoutsourcedIT services and support including the IT Service Desk, WAN monitoring and management, network infrastructure support, procurement, and mobility services.

Location: This role can be based in Atlanta, GA.

At a high level you will:

1. On-siteandremoteITsupportoperationsatvariousMetriebranchlocations(i.e.,Tier-2support) within a specified region; in this case, Central and West USA based out of Sumner Washington.

2. Working withtheMetrieITServiceDesk(i.e.,Tier-1),theBusinessSystemsGroup(i.e.,Tier-3) and core infrastructure support teams (i.e., Tier-4) to ensure IT service issues are logged, managed, and resolved effectively – while tracking performance versus established targets; and,

3. Leadingand/ orsupporting variousITprojectsintheannualIT plan.

4. ContinualtrainingofMetrieemployeestoimproveITsystems usage,andtoreducerepetitive support issues.

5. Mustbeabletomanageconflictingprioritiesamongsttheassignedbranchlocations, coordinating Tier 2 support efforts, including partners.

Who You Are

· ExperienceprovidingITsupportservicesinamedium-largeorganizationoperatinginmultiple locations and time zones

· Excellentleadership,interpersonalandcommunication skills

· Creativeatproblemsolving,andadisciplined,detailed,anddiligentapproachtoITproject management

· Passionateaboutdeliveringresults,anddeterminedtobethebestinyourfield technical requirements
