Mesh is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a “star” product manager to play a key role in delivering additional innovative solutions to our customers. We are looking for someone who has the desire and experience driving “zero to one” and innovation in a start-up environment.

What Will You Do?

  • Establish a shared vision for your product areas across the company while working with cross-functional team members (across engineering, delivery, design, customer success, sales, marketing, etc). 
  • Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs from potential customers, users, and internal parties to truly understand, map, and prioritize features to identify opportunities to make sure we are working on the most impactful things.
  • Impact 2 of Mesh’s main KPIs. Growth and Engagement.
  • Drive the product planning and design process to help translate the needs and vision into a solid product that performs, scales, and is easy to use.
  • Work closely with the product design team and engineering to define product workflows and make tradeoff decisions.
  • Help communicate the product benefits and functionality to internal team members and outside parties.
  • Understand the market, competition, and champion our users to craft product strategies that will lead to long term success.

What Should You Have?

  • 4 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful SaaS products - must.
  • A fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Enjoys being responsible and having a sense of ownership over the created product.
  • Articulate clearly, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Someone that can write down clear stories so that R&D can get on the same page. 
  • Passionate about building great user experiences, and has a keen eye for details, UX, and design.
  • Someone with a good understanding of data and how to interpret it to improve products.
  • Strong communication skills and have the ability to thoroughly explain the rationale of product decisions both internally and externally.
  • Fluent or very proficient in English (both speaking and writing).
  • Fintech / B2B / financial background /experience - a big plus.
  • Most importantly, a person who enjoys working on a team with strong peers.
