HRIS Administrator - Full-time
Onsite Position; Hybrid remote potential
Must be in commutable distance to Hagerstown, MD
Under the general direction of the Director of HRIS, the HRIS Administrator will support and maintain the organizations HRIS applications and modules. The HRIS Administrator will oversee and maintain optimal system functionality to meet business needs which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance and upgrades to the system or applications. The administrator will be responsible for cross-functional participation in data analysis, metrics, executive reporting, data validation, and predictive analysis for areas of Meritus Health. H/she will gather business requirements, develop reports, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, adhoc pivot tables, models, analyze data, and present and/or publish executive summaries, findings and analysis. Ensuring data integrity is key to successful reporting and is the responsibility of the analyst. The HRIS Administrator will provide technical assistance, training, consultation, and guidance in data analysis and advise users in the correct interpretation of data. H/she will ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. The administrator will collaborate with HR staff to identify system enhancements and recommend process improvement measures based on data analysis. In addition, the HRIS Administrator will take an active lead on special projects and system implementations as needed by the HRIS team.
Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline required. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline highly preferred.
Experience - A minimum of five years of related experience required working as a system administrator for an HR system with a report writing tool for a complex database required. Experience in an HR office required. Healthcare background preferred. Financial or business analyst background preferred.
