We are building our Sales Operations department with a motivated Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) principal role to establish and maintain long term relationships with our top healthcare clients, its mission is to increase and maximize value for our clients ensuring that the client's strategic objectives and business outcomes are realized. This is a full-time position in reporting to our SVP, Client Strategy.

As part of our national Sales Operations team, this role will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to develop solutions that meet the unique challenges. The ability to successfully connect technology with customer’s business objectives is critical to this role’s long-term success and the chosen candidate will play a key role in developing solutions for our existing customers. • Act as the clients trusted business consultant and subject matter expert: We have each other’s back.
  • Assist clients to define their KPI's focused on measuring their success.

• • Maintain knowledge of client applications, infrastructure, and business processes.

• Provide clients with strategic objectives utilizing technologies that can best support their business objectives.
• Assist clients by providing clients regulatory and compliance guidance.

• Collaborate with the Meriplex leadership team on the design and build of new service and solution offerings.

• Audit contract delivery and financial alignment.

Let’s work together to succeed together! A minimum 5 years of experience successfully designing and implementing network and systems architecture solutions required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate or quickly learn to translate technical terms to business language for non-technical clients.

Work Schedule/Travel - Standard Meriplex business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00. Post COVID there is an expectation that this role will be heavily customer interfacing and could be traveling as much as 30-50%. Currently domestic travel only. Candidates should be comfortable in a traveling environment and will be 100% in office for the first 90 days of employment.

• MCSE, MCITP and other industry certifications (Cisco, etc.) highly preferred
