The Houston office is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as the front desk Receptionist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to proudly represent the Meriplex brand while providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. We view this role as part of the Office Services team and reports up to Human Resources. Meriplex cultivates a collaborative culture, and as the Receptionist, you will have the chance to work across multiple departments of the organization to improve the customer experience. This role will have the opportunity to engage in short and long term – office administrative projects: seniority recognition, basic employment data maintenance and other functions as necessary.
Due to the nature of this role, it is not remote and will work out of the office each day. This role is open to a part-time schedule as long as the majority of the hours worked are between 8:30AM and 3:30PM – Monday through Friday. This role will report directly to the Manager, Office Services.

Work Schedule/Travel - Standard Meriplex business hours are 8am - 5pm, however, there is flexibility to what this work schedule could look like which could be 11am – 4pm or 12pm – 5pm. We are targeting regular schedule hours or a part time – 25-hour regular work week. In special situations some extra hours may be needed.
