  • Willingness to work with external customers as well as our internal departments and employees to ensure effective troubleshooting and problem resolution... We have each other’s back.

Let’s work together to succeed together! Relevant industry experience in some of the following areas (more is better) is a good start:

  • Troubleshoot and remediate hardware and software systems when necessary and make improvements to these systems to prevent future problems
  • Answer phones and emails, evaluate client requests, and assign the appropriate resource to assist the client
  • Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within IT service delivery
  • Will be required to create detailed documentation on steps taken to identify and remediate root cause within an ITIL compliant ticketing system
  • Install, deploy and troubleshoot Windows based computers
  • Must rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • The candidate must be a fast learner, and interested in continuing education in our primary support systems, namely - ConnectWise, LabTech, Shadow Protect, Anti-Spam, and LogicMonitor

Some experience in the following areas will serve you greatly in this role:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to work effectively with clients and vendors
  • Knowledge of systems software to determine if a malfunction is in the hardware or in the software
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Practical problem-solving skills and solid troubleshooting skills a must
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with other people in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to set priorities and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to train end users
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to interface with both technical and non-technical clients

Work Schedule/Travel - Shifts for this role will be scheduled between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. In addition to the normal work shifts, you must periodically be able to work on-call, after-hours, and holidays. The primary work location will be in Camarillo, CA.
