The Wellington has an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Director to join our team! Located in the "Magic City" of Minot, ND, The Wellington is an Independent/Assisted Living community.

Not sure about Minot, ND? Well, you should be! They don't call us the "Magic City" for nothing!

• The home of the North Dakota State Fair!
• Hosts the largest Scandinavian festival in North America!
• Minot Air Force Base is the only base in the U.S. Air Force that houses two components of the nuclear triad.
• Home of Oak Park which won the "America's Favorite Park" title with more than 13 million votes from across the nation!

Why do they call us the "Magic City?" Because back in the late 1800s we were located at the end of the Great Northern Railway and we grew like "magic" to a population of over 5,000 in 5 short months! Everyone wanted to live and work here! 

All of this to say...we're pretty much a big deal and it just so happens to be that we are looking for a Sales Director to join our team at The Wellington - right in the heart of Minot, ND!

The Sales and Marketing Director will work closely with the Executive Director and the team ensuring that our sales and marketing process is effective. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with seniors, a high degree of customer service and extensive marketing and sales experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications or related field preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry
• Sales - inside and outside - experience preferred
• Strong commitment to importance of proactive sales and marketing as it relates to community occupancy
• Ability to work independently; be self-motivated and goal-directed
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks
