Electrical Control Systems Engineer
Job Description
Required Skills:
- Time served electrical engineer. Qualified to NVQ3 HNC/HND level. With 17th/18th Edition wiring regs.
- Must posses strong electrical and electronic abilities.
- Excellent Control system fault finding skills on both PLC and relay based systems. This is essential.
- Must have worked in a production environment.
- Previous experience of blow moulding would be advantageous.
- PLC programming and diagnostic skills.
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
- Some robotics experience.
- Electrical installation capabilities.
- Experience of working with AC inverters and DC drives.
- The ability to work on own initiative and complete projects to a high standard, in a timely manner.
Conditions:
- Salaried staff position.
- Pension and healthcare provided.
- Day shift. 4 days one week, 5 days the following week. On call every other weekend.
- Salary negotiable.
