Location: Syosset, New York
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5 years in field of Accounting or Finance. Good organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for managing all purchasing needs of the Agency. In addition, managing inventory for children and office supplies
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and train staff.
Place purchasing orders for all Agency supplies and/or equipment, follows up on deliveries checking completeness and directing to appropriate building.
Competency Demands
Strong communication skills and independent thinking
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Strong organizational skills, attention to details and resourcefulness
