DATA ANALYST

Position Summary: The Data Analyst supports the program by providing curated data and monitoring organizational progress with specific targets.

Brief Outline of Essential Tasks
- Work with Executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients.
- Use various graphic methods to present visualized data.
- Structure large data sets to find usable information.
- Create presentation reports based on recommendations and findings.
- Troubleshoot issues pertaining to PYA accounts.
- Create PBI dashboard visualizations to provide deeper insights into data.
- Troubleshoot issues with excel/pdf/Microsoft word for caseworkers and internal departments.
- Generate Stipends for FBH and residential programs on a quarterly basis.
- Establish KPI's to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics. Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Sharepoint, PowerBI) Internal systems (evolve, business objects), external systems (data warehouse, ACS remote access, CONNX)
