Merchant Partners is Hiring a Customer Success Specialist - Part-Time Near Redmond, WA

Located in Redmond, 1stMILE is a software technology company focused on providing payment solutions to businesses in the automotive marketplace. We have more than 12,000 locations using our software to process payments and increase revenue via our integrated solutions.

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to drive customer engagement through relationship building and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with all new customers via telephone and email
  • Train new and existing customers on the basics of 1stMILE software
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Technical Support, and the customer
  • Log all calls and actions in the CRM system
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of telephone customer service or sales experience and a high school diploma or its equivalent is required
  • Experience with ticketing/CRM systems
  • Experience supporting software and hardware products preferred
  • The ability to actively listen, seek information, ask questions and solve problems
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills
