The Product Concierge position at Mercedes-Benz of Henderson has several components, all of which share equal importance. This position is pivotal to ensure client satisfaction at every stage in the process, from incoming calls to final delivery.

New and Used Car Deliveries:

• Conduct new and used vehicle delivery to client, which includes the following duties:
• Inspect vehicle prior to delivery to ensure quality of cleanliness/condition of vehicle.
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Retrieve books, keys and floor mats prior to delivery.
• Overview of owner’s manual, vehicle warranty and service guides.
• Explain operation of vehicle functions and controls to clients.
• Activation of Mercedes-Me Connect, satellite radio and mobile phone paring.
• Explanation of smart key and key systems.
• Explanation of emergency interior trunk release.
• Provide explanation of our service department to clients.
• Maintain customer files of each delivery completed.
• Update CRM client record on any interaction with client.

Reception & Administrative Duties:

• Stay logged in to switchboard. Minimize time away from phones, ensure that phones are answered every time.
• Greet clients as they arrive into the dealership and assist as needed.
• Hand out brochures or other information to customers.
• Additional duties and responsibilities:
• Treat every person calling or visiting as a buyer.
• Assist Finance Department with DMV customer registrations as needed.
• Assist Sales Managers with any coordination needed, including training.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use computer, fax, copier and other office equipment.
• Communicate with Salespeople and Sales Managers on potential client issues
• Assist in communication of survey scores to Sales Managers and Sales Team
• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to satisfying customers' needs and providing excellent customer service.
• Attend meeting and training meetings on time. Participate enthusiastically.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to clients
• And other duties as dictated by business condition
