Position Details
- Program Director provides direct support and supervision (1.5 hour clinical dyad weekly and minimum of 1 group supervision weekly) for to up to 8 clinical teams.
- Program Director provides clinical and operational daily support for all aspects of program operations.
- Program Director provides 24-hour a day on-call support to Teams who respond to crisis intervention 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- Primarily in an office environment but some community responsibilities including live supervision and participating in meetings with external stakeholders is expected.
- Serve as a Clinical Team Member for the direct delivery of services when other regular members are on vacation, sick, maternity leave, etc.
- Coordinate service availability during non-traditional work hours including evenings and weekends.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring and employee accountability such as facilitating corrective action meeting and termination as necessary.
- Ensure availability of 24-hour coverage oer day, seven days a week for consumers of FBMHS. Support on-call clinician and provide consultation as needed.
- Assist in the development of Quality Assurance and Utilization review plans for the program and participate in all related program evaluations and outcome activities as directed by Executive Director, Divisional Leadership, or members of the QCO.
- Demonstrate knowledge about resource availability, service costs, and agency budgetary parameters and along with Executive Director is fiscally responsible for carrying out all supervisory functions and activities related to FBMHS.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with community service providers, work collaboratively with the Child Service System in the CASSP process.
- Attends meetings as required including travel to other program sites, other community service providers, the Office of Mental Health, related CASSP team reviews, CASSP Advisory Committee.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess one or more of the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in human services field plus three years' experience in child or adolescent mental health services, including two years of supervisory experience, one year of which must be in clinical supervision.
OR
- Have a supervisory certification from the American Association of Marriage and Family therapists.
Professional Licensure a plus.
