Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling various tasks related to inventory management, equipment operation, and overall warehouse organization. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
• Fabricate or assemble products as required by operational needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges.

Skills

• Strong ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience in warehouse management practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Mechanical knowledge to assist with basic repairs or maintenance of equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor role is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
