I am looking to fill a position for a family owned well established Tax and Financial Services company in Worcester, MA. The Guru Tax & Financial Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow into tax preparation should you be interested. This is an office position and not remote.
The Office Administrator completes clerical and administrative tasks for the office.
The main duties include but are not limited to are:
- Welcoming and directing visitors and clients
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Performing clerical tasks
- Office supplies
- Preparing reports and/or memos
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
- Responding to emails
Qualifications:
- Experience working in an office environment
- Two plus years of receptionist experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge and experience using current technology (app’s, social media)
- Willingness to learn new and various computer programs
- Friendly personality
- Experience working in a small company
Physical Requirements:

- Stretching
