MedWiz Pharmacy is a premier Long Term Care Pharmacy located in Foxborough, MA. We are actively seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER to join out team!
An ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a large group of employees
- Meeting deadlines
- Accountable for performing day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations, administrative activities
- Ensures efficient pharmacy workflow
- Responsible for operating pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
- Responsible for the scheduling, and development of pharmacy technician personnel. Actively participate in the training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians. Ensure the pharmacy is adequately staffed at all time.
- Resolves client and administration's complaints
- Drives new technology/ process/new facility roll out
- Assures proper operation and maintenance of pharmacy department equipment.
- Ensures proper procedures are followed for selection, recruitment, record retention, and training as required by Company policy and local, state and federal laws
- Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on the need of the business.
