The Credentialing Customer Success Manager (CSM) Team Leader is part of a team responsible for credentialing physician clients and enrolling those clients with payers. The Team Leader works closely with our physician clients and billing staff to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process. Communication, coordination, and follow through are essential ingredients for success in this position.
CSM Team Leader Responsibilities
Conduct daily CSM and client meetings
Monitor preparation and analysis of reporting to clients
Analyze customer need base and offer additional products as appropriate
Oversee conducting of regular client account audits
Ensure development and implementation of client retention strategies
Provide technical expertise on sales calls
Ensure development and maintenance of strong client relationships
Supervise Implementation of strong project management protocols
