Our Quality Assurance group is looking for a new QA Coordinator to join their team.

What does a QA Coordinator do?

The QA Coordinator is a vital member of our team supporting the day-to-day QA activities by performing a diverse portfolio of duties. They receive, organize, and process documentation for filing and storage. They also assist with in maintaining employee training records, SOP's, equipment records, and other documentation. They provide support for regulatory audits, perform data entry into file system, and regularly review deadlines to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines.

Position Summary

Position title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

Reports to: VP of Quality Assurance

Anticipated Hiring Range: $45,000-$50,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitors quality systems deadlines and report to management pending and overdue activities

• Maintains quality files including employee training records

• Escalates any quality issues immediately to Quality Assurance management

• Maintains effective communication with Quality Assurance Department

• Assists with maintaining a safe working environment for all employees, ensuring compliance to all local, state and federal codes and regulations.

• Provides administrative support for regulatory inspections and client audits.

• Serves as a archivist and performs document-controlled activities

• Responsible for the any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned.

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Bachelors degree with 0-1 years of relevant experience, education may be used in lieu of experience

Experience/Traits/Skills

• Must have a meticulous approach to work and be highly organized
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• Must be able to multitask, manage time efficiently and be able to prioritize
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
