Overview

Pediatrix is seeking an experienced, per diem Board Certified Neonatologist to support a high-quality two location practice in Syracuse, New York.

• Facilities: St. Joseph's Hospital &/or Community General Hospital

• Level-III NICU plus well newborns at St. Joseph's or well newborns only at Community General Hospital

• ADC of nine patients and covers more than half of the newborn nursery at St. Joseph's

• Provider can choose from Level III coverage only, NBN coverage only, or both

• 24 hour rounding plus call from home or hotel

• Hospital neonatal nurse practitioners on site 24/7 
• NY license required 
• Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required

Effective November 1st, 2021 Pediatrix will require all employees and new hires to be vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they qualify for an approved medical and/or religious exemption.
