Description

MASA MTS is hiring for immediate start inside sales agents. As an inside sales agent you will be handling inbound and outbound calls generated by marketing initiatives such as web, internet, email, direct mail, and outbound calls. You will consult customers on their needs and match the correct product to benefit the prospect - converting from lead to sale. This is an inside sales position working out of our call center in Pompano. We have leads and need strong closers. 

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for you to make money selling to leads that are generated on our own internal lead generating platforms!

Including:

  • Direct Mailers
  • Digital Marketing
  • Social Media
  • Commercial and Radio Ads

We provide you with a seamless training and onboarding experience that will set you up for SUCCESS!

You will be supplied with all the leads you can handle!

Requirements

1) An Experienced Sales Agent: In all your prior positions you have exceeded sales goals and are a consistent top producer.

3) Professional: You are professional that enjoys working with other professionals to achieve a common goal.

4) Organized: You are an organized individual that can multi-task, talk on a call, look at a spreadsheet, look up information, and enter a sale.

5) Experienced: You are experienced in sales and have a track record of closing high volume units each month.
