MediaAlpha is Hiring a Client Success Manager Near Tempe, AZ

MediaAlpha is growing in the Agent Lead Marketplace, where insurance agents can now acquire consumer leads through our transparent and efficient platform. To help maintain and grow our agent-lead business, we are looking for a Client Success Manager. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Success, you will be responsible for maintaining your own book of business, consisting of 300-350 agent accounts.

Work Location

Hybrid, Tempe, 2 days/week, Mondays and Wednesdays in-office

Role Objectives

  • Represent MediaAlpha’s agent team, starting with a comprehensive understanding of our target agents and our lead platform
  • Maintain and grow a book of business consisting of 300-350 agent accounts
  • Be an extension of your agents’ teams by taking on the role of a trusted consultant
  • Consistently look for ways to improve the MediaAlpha for Agents experience by soliciting constructive feedback and clearly communicating actionable items and ideas to internal teams
  • Help grow the MediaAlpha agent business by increasing spend and soliciting referrals from existing agents

Responsibilities

  • Set up new agent accounts and integrations
  • Onboard new agents within 24 hours of being assigned
  • Conduct regular 1:1’s with assigned agent accounts, giving recommendations to the agents on how they can grow their business with the MediaAlpha agent platform
  • Grow agent spend in order to achieve a quarterly quota through account optimization and expansion
  • Monitor agent lead return rates and balances
  • Maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Build and run reports on the MediaAlpha platform to help identify optimization opportunities for existing accounts
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other teams and departments, including Marketing, Product, and Sales in order to help drive improvements and enhancements to the agent business
  • Manage and triage inbound requests from self-service clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of Client Success experience, a plus
  • You have a dynamic personality with a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a growing CS organization
  • You are tech-savvy (Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, GSuite)
  • You are coachable – you are willing to accept constructive feedback
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You possess the ability to function both independently and as part of a team
  • You are willing to lend a hand and celebrate the success of your teammates
  • You are goal-oriented and view the bigger picture: we all chip in and support each other to hit our team and company goals!
