SilverCare Agency LLC is an Intensive in Community agency that services families across New Jersey. Our clinicians currently are offering therapeutic services both in-home and telehealth. Our specialty as an agency is our Parenting Modality called ARC Grow as well as child therapy modality. We are one of five agencies that have been trained in ARC Grow and TheraPlay and we train all our clinicians in this modality as well.

Job Summary

We are seeking clinicians with an LSW/LCSW or LAC/LPC! 

Our clinicians provide a range of clinical services and we are hoping to have you join us and be a member of our growing team. We are seeking a dynamic clinician with skillsets in the following areas:

Ability to Provide Services for Children/Adolescents and Families

Individual Therapy

Family Therapy

Use of Evidenced Based Practices

Collaborative Skills

Communication Skills

Self-Motivated and Task Oriented

Basic Computer and Technology Skills

General Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include communicating with referral sources, family education, individual & family therapy, developing treatment plans to optimize overall wellness and improved mental health, and utilizing interventions to support the goals of the individual/family. 

Being we are a provider within the community, some travel will be required throughout the identified county.

Compensation:

• PT Position of 20 hours per week. Salary of $35,000 - $60,000 annually
• LAC or LSW starts at $50/hour
• LPC or LCSW starts at $65/hour
