Marketing Operations Specialist 

MedArrive is a fast-paced and fast-growing start up on a simple mission: Improving people's lives by bringing more humanity to healthcare. Our enemy is an often soulless, transactional healthcare system that’s increasingly engineering the vital human touch away from the experience - and often hard to access.

We are looking for an analytical, hands-on marketing operations specialist with a passion for data-driven problem solving, and preferably a background in healthcare startups or consumer industries. 

Overview:

Are you someone who loves solving problems, has a thirst for building campaigns from scratch, and thrives in project management? If your head is nodding yes, then this position might be for you. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you should think of yourself as one of the founding builders of MedArrive’s marketing automation platform. Reporting to the Head of Patient Engagement, you’ll be the second hire supporting patient engagement. In order to hit the ground running, you’ll need to be versed with marketing analytics, email marketing, print production, marketing automation, and some digital marketing. 

What you’ll do:

  • Work cross functionally, with the Technology and Data teams to develop systems for marketing analytics, tracking, and reporting via Looker
  • Build multi-channel marketing automation journeys to support B2B2C patient enrollment campaigns via Iterable
  • Monitor campaigns for optimization, improvements, and adjustments
  • Build out A/B testing plans with Head of Patient Engagement and Data teams
  • Handle print production management via marketing automation processes and list management
  • Support with building email marketing campaigns and landing pages with tracking
  • Sets up and manages SMS marketing automation
  • Ensures all communications are HIPAA compliant and maintains data security

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 4 years of experience supporting Marketing and Engagement operations 
  • Experience working in healthcare startups or similar industries preferred
  • Experience using marketing automation tools and products like Iterable, Hubspot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with SQL, Looker, HTML, and Google Analytics preferred
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, tracking, and analytics
  • Not afraid to ask questions and voice opinions through direct communication
  • Sports mindset to drive results in speedy and efficient ways
  • Keen eye for details and seeing the big picture
  • Team player, humble, and is passionate about improving the health of our patients
