Job Description

Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment finance industry for over 30 years, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the Northern Greater Sacramento area. 

 

Med One Group is looking for a experienced Territory Sales Manager who will be responsible for maintaining current accounts, developing sales strategies and attract new business in the Northern Greater Sacramento area.

 

  • Sales effort is focused on renting medical equipment in the acute hospital and post-acute markets. • The successful candidate will work with the Regional Sales Manager to source new equipment rental opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
  • Candidate is responsible to implement strong sales process focused at increasing income and revenue by managing existing clients and developing new accounts; calling on accounts, generate leads, qualify prospects and manage rental equipment and equipment services within the acute care hospital and healthcare markets.
  • Med One is growing quickly in the California market and offers a competitive compensation and benefits plan.
  • There is no cap on our commission structure, open territory currently producing salary and commission with a potential of over $120k a year. • You must be a qualified and aggressive sales representative to join our team.
  • Medical device selling experience or therapeutic support surface experience is preferred

 

  • EDUCATION: BA/BS degree or years of documented sales experience is required

 

EXPERIENCE: Experience selling in the medical healthcare, hospital-based market is required. Proven sales experience calling on accounts, building relationship and making a monthly sales number and closing business. Candidate should be able to provide sales stat records of over-achieving quota and awards. Experience using sales proven sales processes

  • Work with Regional Sales Manager to forecast sales, implement sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Research sales competition efforts and behaviors.

 

*Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
