Job Purpose:

We’re seeking an exceptional agilest to be a Scrum Master within the Info Development division. This role involves supporting multiple high-performing teams of engineers to accelerate capability delivery. You’ll work closely with our subject-matter experts on our Product Strategy team and several technology teams to enable event-driven workflow driving core strategic capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate team ceremonies including quarterly product planning, product owner syncs, backlog grooming, estimating, and sizing efforts, release planning, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events
• Work with the Product and Program owners to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
• Support the business product owner in producing, refining, and prioritizing requirements and the overall backlog for continuous development
• Participate in cross-portfolio product Planning and Execution, including prioritization of work, capacity planning, dependency management, timeline and scope commitments, and governing changes through effective change management practices.
• Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple teams simultaneously
• Knowledge of scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and other Agile frameworks
• Prepares and communicates release notes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfort with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MURAL, Azure DevOps
• Experience with distributed teams, in multiple time zones
• Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with non-technical team members, resolving contending or contradictory objectives, and unifying disparate ideas into a homogenized solution
• Strong data-driven talents in Jira being able to create dashboards, filters, and modifications to Jira Projects, schemas and boards at Admin level.
• Other Reporting and task management experience with PPM tools such as: Miro, Aha!, Planview, Tableau, Jira Portfolio (Advanced Roadmaps), Jira Structure

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, etc.) or at least 3 years of related experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification a plus
• Experience being on multiple Agile teams in a variety of different contexts.
• A solid foundation in computer science with competency in data structures and software design.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Healthcare IT experience is preferred.
• Nice to have: PMP Certification or similar Program/Project Management certification

• Remote: You’ll be joining a distributed, fully remote team. Experience working remotely is a plus.
