[Offering Full-Time hours / Paid ABA Training / Sign on Bonus for RBT Certified candidates!]

Competitive hourly compensation; $18.00 , plus performance-based pay increase.
Behavior Technician Guaranteed Pay Program
Paid training that meets eligibility to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board

Responsibilities and Duties of RBTs:

Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance
Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
Have Fun! Be Creative!

Qualifications and Skills:

Consistent availability from Monday through Friday preferred.
High School Diploma (Required)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Background Check
