MeBe San Diego is searching for kind and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians! [Offering Full-Time hours / Paid ABA Training / Sign on Bonus for RBT certified candidates!]Responsibilities and Duties of RBTs:You will promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play-oriented setting to increase motivation and positive performance. You may be a recent graduate , enjoy childcare , have nannying experience, have worked in customer service in the past, or are simply looking to start your career in working with children! RBTs at MeBe are exceptionally flexible and creative team members that are suited to work in the client’s home environment, school based sessions, along with in a learning center.

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
• Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance
• Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
• Effectively communicate positive feedback to patients
• Maintain client confidentiality and a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Be able to recognize and respond to critical improvements in patient behaviors.
• Have fun! Be creative!

Requirements

 Qualifications and Skills:

• Consistent availability from Monday through Friday preferred.
• High School Diploma (Required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Negative TB test
• Background Check
• Proof of vaccination
