Description
Calling all babysitters, nannies, or child-care workers--
Responsibilities and Duties of RBTs:
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
- Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance
- Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
- Effectively communicate positive feedback to patients
- Maintain client confidentiality and a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
- Be able to recognize and respond to critical improvements in patient behaviors.
- Have fun! Be creative!

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Consistent availability from Monday through Friday preferred.
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Negative TB test
- Background Check
- Proof of vaccination
