Project Execution and Management: Oversee the execution of marketing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, notify of delays to timelines and implement mitigation strategies. Track project performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions.

Stakeholder Communication and Management : Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback. Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise. Facilitate collaboration and alignment between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.

Project Planning and Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution. Align project goals with the overall marketing strategy of the organization.

Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including team members, budget, and tools. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success. Optimize resource allocation to maximize project outcomes within budget constraints.

Quality Assurance and Deliverable Review : Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project goals. Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions to maintain high-quality work. Implement quality control measures to optimize project outcomes.

Risk Management and Issue Resolution : Identify potential risks that could impact project delivery, report all risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and obstacles to keep projects on track. Implement contingency plans to manage unexpected challenges effectively.

Celebrity Ambassador and Social Media Influencer Management : Manage relationships with celebrity ambassadors and influencers, ensuring timely and effective communication. Manage the deliverables within each celebrity and influencer contract to ensure they are executed and delivered within set timeframes. Source and negotiate agreements for new social media influencer agreements that align with the brand and complete all onboarding requirements with legal. Track and report on key performance indicators related to celebrity and influencer marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
