Required Qualifications

Must meet all qualifications Service Plumber – Apprentice Level 2.
Pass State of TX license exam.
Proficient in usage of Service Titan.
Demonstrate knowledge of customer communications and ability to provide strong customer service.
Advanced knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
Train Plumbing Trainees and Apprentices.

Fill out paperwork in a neat, accurate, complete manner.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of customer communications.

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Duties

All duties listed in Level 2.
Assume leadership of the training for our trainees and apprentices.

Ability to work staggered schedule if required.
Participate in weekly and monthly on-call rotation.
