Description
· Must meet all qualifications Service Plumber – Apprentice Level 2.
· Pass State of TX license exam as a journeyman plumber.
· Proficient in usage of Service Titan.
· Demonstrate knowledge of customer communications and ability to provide strong customer service.
· Advanced knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
· Train Plumbing Trainees and Apprentices.
· Fill out paperwork in a neat, accurate, complete manner.
· Demonstrate advanced knowledge of customer communications.
Qualifications
- All duties listed in Level 2.
- Assume leadership of the training for our trainees and apprentices.
- Ability to work staggered schedule if required.
- Participate in weekly and monthly on-call rotation.
