McShane Construction is Hiring a Laborer Near Scottsdale, AZ
Description
McShane Construction is seeking a laborer for our multi-family housing, senior living, and/or hospitality projects. The individual will work with a punch list team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and interest in start-to-finish carpentry
- Ownership of and ability to operate both hand and power tools is required
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans
- Assisting skilled tradesmen in their duties
- Responsible for daily jobsite clean-up
- Ensure safe work environment
Requirements
- 2 year of construction labor experience preferably in single- or multi-family construction.
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction (equipment, safety, methods, etc.).
- Effective communication skills.
- Reliable transportation
