MCS of Tampa is Hiring a Recruiter - High Volume Near Tampa, FL

Mission Critical Solutions (MCS) is a leading-edge technology solutions provider, headquartered in Tampa, Florida. MCS provides a broad range of Technology products and services organized in six core lines of business –Telecommunications, Structured Cabling, Audio-Visual, Security and Life Safety Systems, Electrical Distribution Systems, and Unified Communications.

MCS has an opening for a high volume Recruiter in the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for this to be a full-time in office, permanent position with a benefits package.

Below are details about the position. We are looking to bring someone on immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Perform reference checks as needed
  • Coordinate all interviews with the appropriate hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws, regulations, and company policy

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of recruiting experience required
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with hiring managers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
