Position Summary The primary objective of the Accounting Software Analyst will be to develop, organize and test workflow design as well as provide documentation and training. This person must be highly focused on identifying potential issues and propose effective solutions for issues that occur in a variety of accounting platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background supporting accounting applications and training, however we would be willing to train a highly experienced candidate. Essential Functions/ Responsibilities End-user accounting application support. Work with the Accounting Department to ensure consistent practices are used to maintain the integrity of our systems. Assist the IT Department during accounting software deployments with testing, reporting and documentation of accounting business requirements. Collaborate with various departments during the evaluation of new process design. On-board new projects onto the accounting systems. Develop, maintain & deliver software training programs. Keep up to date on software enhancements & updates. Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree Ability to work independently. Excellent communication, training & speaking skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a sharp attention to detail. Exceptional Excel skills. Experience with Yardi, Entrata and Textura is a plus.
