Description
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring qualified applicants for design, business partnering and leadership positions throughout the Firm. They will develop and execute the Firm’s recruiting and staffing strategies while providing consultative guidance to hiring managers on the recruiting process and market conditions. The recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
