McLarty Collision West is Hiring an Auto Body Technician Near Little Rock, AR
We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of auto body repair, painting, and welding techniques. The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues, from minor dents and scratches to major body damage. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with vehicles.
- Remove and replace parts, including bumpers, fenders, doors, and panels.
- Repair and replace auto body parts using welding, grinding, and sanding techniques.
- Perform quality inspections on vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with customers to discuss repair needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,897.00 - $73,633.00 per year
