We are currently seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Tampa. At McKinstry, it is our mission is to make every building we touch more efficient. No matter what the energy challenge, we put all our energies into meeting it.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your project management skills and continually think of ways to improve the process. You will analyze data for financial anomalies, trends and find different solutions to make the process smoother for our Construction Manager and cross-functional teams. Developing metrics and analyzing trends for key takeaways to achieve business objectives and reduce operating costs and increase financial predictability is a high priority in the role.
As our business is growing, we need someone with a strong accounting and financial background to support our Construction Managers on projects across the region.
You will be responsible for compiling and analyzing financial information related to cost-based revenue projections and monthly forecasting for implemented contracts. Additionally, you’ll manage administrative project workflow: including active work and forecasted work; backlog of work, and be responsible for other financial project deliverables within required deadlines such as internal and external billing and invoice generation.
