Job Description

McKelvey Properties is currently looking for licensed Commercial Estate Agents to join our Missouri Team. This is an ideal role for someone determined to achieve success through their existing relationships and building new ones. Some leads provided. This is a full-time, 100% commission-based opportunity. Willing to train the right individual if you are new to Commercial Real Estate, but have worked in Residential. This can be a very lucrative career for a driven individual.

Position:

· Office Leasing
· Retail Leasing
· Investment Sales (Multi-Family, Industrial, Office, Retail)

Job Requirements:

· Two years of CRE experience (Preferred)
· Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience required
· Missouri Real Estate License in good standing or can acquire one if transferring from another state.
· Experience working with larger firms a plus
· Ability to organize and work on multiple tasks effectively
· Reliable and flexible
· Critical thinker and problem solver
· Team Player
· Proven producer with existing client base/book of business
· Maintain CRM database
· Persistent

Location:

This position will be based the Greater St. Louis, MO market.
