As the Planning Manager, your responsibility is to work with all teams to ensure the DC is well organized to ensure productivity, consistency, quality, and teamwork! The Operations Planning Manager should liaison with all departments, including Night Shift Ops, Day Shift Ops, Maintenance, Front Office/Inventory, DC Management, Sales, Third Party Couriers, and the Customer. This position provides the unique responsibility of ensuring the building is strategically operating to stay ahead of a constantly changing landscape, whether due to changing product mix/volume, new customers, DC automation workflow, process rollouts, courier challenges, staffing changes, or deploying new investments in DC infrastructure. The position offers the opportunity to solve problems for our DC workforce, customers, and couriers in the short term while managing longer-term rollouts of network projects.
