Front Office Administrator
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
PRIMARY ROLE: Customer support via incoming calls and in-person customer service. Employee support with document scanning and inter-office communications.
Including but not limited to:
- Maintaining a high level of energy to promote client customer service satisfaction
- Multitask while communicating with clients and employees
- Attain efficiency with document scanning and processing to support employees in a variety of ways.
- Use of office machines, copiers, mailing, printers, etc.
- Light accouning work associated with incoming mail.

Responsibilities
DUTIES: Seeking energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Some light accounting work as needed.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: Experience relevant to this position is required. Insurance industry experience is helpful but not required.
Experience and expertise in operating in electronic environment; excellent automation skills, including MIS, Outlook, Word, document management software, Zultys phone system and carrier proprietary systems.
Salary : $41,000 - $46,000
