Team Member responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests as they enter
- Guiding guests through the ordering process
- Answering guest questions & addressing their individual needs
- Operating cash registers, ordering kiosks, & processing various payments
- Preparing hot & fresh foods efficiently, safely, and deliciously!
- Working as a team to maintain a clean, sanitary, and fun environment for both guests and fellow staff!
After training as a Team Member, Manager Trainees then gain the skills necessary to perform such duties as:
- Day-to-day Shift Operations
- Setting & Achieving Goals & Targets
- Monitoring the Cleanliness & Safety of the Business
- Managing a Team to Encourage High Performance
- Supporting Other Managers & Departments
